Processing Technology
| Processing Method | Key Parameter | Recommended Range / Description | Important Reminder |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foaming Molding | Processing Temperature | Temperature profiles for specific foaming processes (compression molding, flat‑plate foaming) shall be adjusted according to foaming agent type and product requirements. | Strict temperature control! Excessively high temperature will cause premature decomposition of foaming agent or resin degradation. The dosage of foaming agent shall be precisely adjusted. |
| Injection Molding | Barrel Temperature | Material temperature is preferably controlled within 170‑200℃. The upper limit shall avoid thermal decomposition of EVA (approx.230℃). | Products are easy to eject due to good elasticity of EVA. |
| Mold Temperature | Adjust according to product shape and dimension | ‑ | |
| Extrusion Molding | Barrel Temperature Setting | Conventional PE or PP processing equipment can be adopted. | Suitable for extruded products such as profiles and sheets. |
